Eightteen years after the Waco Massacre, a retired FBI negotiator, Bryon Sage, is still tormented from the outcome of the siege. He says " I will never forget the first time I talked to David Koresh". Bryon Sage is one of many who witnessed the massacre. Seventy-four people were killed in the siege. A few adults and a number of children made it out of the compound before anything had happened. After the firing began only nine people escaped. Survivors of the compound have been affected knowing their friends and family who were in the compound did not make it out alive. The Oklahoma Bombing was a result of the Waco Massacre. Timothy McVeigh bombed the United States Federal Government complex because he thought it was unfair that the government killed 74 innocent people in Waco.
