We believe that the Waco Massacre was a seperate event and not part of the April conspiracy theory. The attacks did not begin in April, but on February 28. There was no connection between the other massacres and assasinations in April and the Waco Massacre. The massacre was planned in February by a warrent that the government issued to search the compound and the siege ended in April by chance. There was no garuntee when the people inside would come out or when David Koresh killed himself.
